
Job Description:
As a Customer Support Executive at Clean Fanatics, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing information about our services, resolving issues, and assisting with bookings. Your role will be crucial in maintaining Clean Fanatics’ reputation for exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
Assist customers with service bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling requests.
Provide detailed information about Clean Fanatics’ services, pricing, and promotions.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, technical support) to ensure smooth service delivery.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service completion.
Manage customer feedback and report common issues to the management team.
Ensure high levels of professionalism and customer care at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Prior experience in customer support or a similar role (preferred).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and customer support software (CRM experience is a plus).
Positive attitude, team player, and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
