Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs the cancellation and refund process for booking services through Clean Fanatics, a subsidiary of Handyman Marketplace Private Limited (“Clean Fanatics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Clean Fanatics website, mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to the terms of this Cancellation and Refund Policy.

  1. Cancellation of Booking

1.1 Online Booking: If you have made a booking online through the Platform, you may cancel your booking via the link provided in your booking confirmation email.

1.2 Offline Booking: If you have made a booking offline by contacting our customer support team, you may cancel your booking by notifying our representatives, or via the link provided in your booking confirmation email.

  1. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Full Refund: Customers will be eligible for a full refund if they cancel the booking beyond 24 hours from the scheduled job start time.

2.2 No Refund & Penalty: If you cancel the booking within 24 hours of the scheduled job start time, we will charge a penalty of Rs. 1000 or 10% of the order value, whichever is higher. Also, if you cancel the booking within 24 hours of the scheduled job start time and you have paid an advance amount to us, that amount will be forfeited by Clean Fanatics and adjusted into the penalty amount.

  1. Refund Process

3.1 Online Booking: If you have made an online booking and are eligible for a refund, our customer support team will assist you in the refund process. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be credited back to your account.

3.2 Offline Booking: If you have made an offline booking and are eligible for a refund, our customer support team will assist you in the refund process. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be credited back to your account.

  1. Service Provider Availability

4.1 In the event that a Service Provider becomes unavailable or unable to fulfill the scheduled job, Clean Fanatics will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement Service Provider or reschedule the job. If a suitable replacement cannot be arranged, you will be eligible for a full refund regardless of the cancellation timing.

  1. Changes to Booking

5.1 If you need to make changes to your booking, such as rescheduling the job or modifying the service details, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible, or you may make the changes via the link provided in your booking confirmation email. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your changes, but please note that changes are subject to service provider (partner) availability.
