Business Development Associate- Bangalore

Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Maintaining and managing partner leave requests and records.
- Recruiting high-quality partners.
- Conduct audits of the services scheduled and ensure cleanliness is maintained across the sites.
- Ensure the safety of partners during cleaning services.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of services provided by all the partners, and maintain appropriate documents like a checklist.
- Handling and maintaining equipment inventory.
- Coordinate with the support team to understand the schedule and drive it.
- Work with the operations manager to highlight gaps in the process and suggest process improvements.
- Overseeing partner-customer interaction quality.
- Resolving customer queries and complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Understanding customer needs and addressing them.
- Generating sales and increasing the customer base.
- Must own a 2-wheeler vehicle.
Job Type: Full-time
6 days working (rotational week off)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000/- per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
