Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs the cancellation and refund process for booking services through Clean Fanatics, use of the services and website provided by Clean Fanatics, a subsidiary of Handyman Marketplace Private Limited (“Clean Fanatics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the customer (“Client,” “you,” “your”). By using the Clean Fanatics website, WhatsApp service, or any related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to the terms of this Cancellation and Refund Policy.

1. Cancellation of Booking

1.1 Online Booking: If you made a booking online through the Platform, you can cancel your booking by contacting the customer support team via phone call or whatsapp

1.2 WhatsApp Booking: If you made a booking via WhatsApp, you can cancel by contacting our customer support team over a phone call or whatsapp

1.3 Offline Booking: If you made a booking via phone call, you can cancel by contacting our customer support team over a phone call or whatsapp

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Full Refund: If you cancel your booking beyond 24 hours from the scheduled job start time, you will be eligible for a full refund.

2.2 No Refund & Penalty: If you cancel the booking within 24 hours of the scheduled job start time, we will charge a penalty of ₹1000 or 10% of the order value, whichever is higher. If you have made an advance payment and cancel the booking within 24 hours, the advance payment will be forfeited and adjusted into the penalty amount.

3. Refund Process

3.1 Online Booking: For online bookings eligible for a refund, our customer support team will assist you with the refund process. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method, and processing may take up to 7-10 business days.

3.2 WhatsApp or Offline Booking: For WhatsApp or offline bookings eligible for a refund, our customer support team will assist you with the refund process, which will be processed within the same timeframe.

4. Service Provider Availability

4.1 If a service provider becomes unavailable or is unable to fulfill the scheduled job, Clean Fanatics will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement service provider or reschedule the job. If a suitable replacement cannot be arranged, you will be eligible for a full refund regardless of the cancellation timing.

5. Changes to Booking

5.1 If you wish to make changes to your booking, such as rescheduling or modifying service details, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your requests based on service provider availability.
