You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Platform.

The Platform connects customers seeking cleaning and home services with independent service providers, partners, or experts. Clean Fanatics is not a party to any agreement between customers and service providers and does not itself provide handyman services.

Clean Fanatics may use booking tools such as Zenbooker to facilitate online bookings. By booking through cleanfanatics.com, you also agree to the applicable third-party booking provider terms and privacy terms.

Some features may require a user account. You are responsible for keeping your account information confidential and for all activity under your account.

Customers may book services online through the Platform or offline by contacting customer support. When submitting a booking request, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about the service requirements, address, contact details, and any additional information needed to perform the service.

Transportation is calculated from Lakedew Residency, Haralur.

• Within 30 km: no transportation fee.
• 30 km to 40 km: ₹500.
• 40 km to 50 km: ₹1,000.
• Beyond 50 km: service is handled case-by-case and is subject to company discretion.

Customers agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting services. Service providers are responsible for fulfilling agreed services, maintaining required licenses and insurance where applicable, and following applicable laws and regulations.

If you are not satisfied with a completed job, you must inform us within 48 hours of job completion to request free correction or rework.

If damage occurs to household items or furniture, Clean Fanatics' liability is limited to 20% of the order or job value, and the damage must be reported within 24 hours of job completion.

• Violating any applicable law or regulation.
• Impersonating another person or entity.
• Using the Platform to solicit or promote illegal activities.
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or harmful content.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other user accounts.
• Interfering with or disrupting Platform functionality or security.

Review our cancellation policy for the current notice window, late cancellation charges, and refund rules. Your cancellation preview shows the amount to be retained and refunded before you confirm.

If you use third-party payment processors integrated with the Platform, you agree to comply with their terms and conditions. Handyman Marketplace is not responsible for issues or disputes related to payments made through third-party processors.

Platform content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by Clean Fanatics or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial purposes.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, complete, accurate, or always available.

Handyman Marketplace does not endorse or guarantee the quality, reliability, or safety of service providers or their services. You agree to indemnify and hold Handyman Marketplace and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from claims arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may terminate or suspend access without prior notice if we believe these Terms have been violated. We may update these Terms from time to time, and updated Terms become effective when posted on the Platform.
