We may collect personal information when you create an account, make a booking, communicate with service providers or customer support, or participate in surveys or promotions. This may include your name, contact information, address, payment details, and other information you provide.

We may also collect non-personal information about Platform interactions, such as device information, IP address, browser type, and usage patterns. This helps us analyze trends, administer the Platform, and improve performance.

The Clean Fanatics Operations app is used by authorized field partners and inspection agents. While a field worker is signed in, the app collects precise location from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM India Standard Time, including when the app is closed or not in use. Android keeps a notification visible while this workday tracking is active.

A location sample may be recorded approximately every five minutes. Clean Fanatics uses this information to coordinate field work, verify service and inspection visits, and show authorized Operations staff the field worker's last known workday location. Tracking stops outside the workday window and when the worker signs out.

Workday location samples are retained for 30 days and then deleted. They are not sold or used for advertising. Access is limited to authorized Clean Fanatics Operations staff and service providers that process the data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.

When you arrive on our website, we keep a small cookie of our own that notes how you found us: the advertisement, campaign, search engine, or website that sent you, and the first page you landed on. If you sign up, make a booking, or ask us to call you, we store this with that record so we can tell which of our campaigns help customers find us.

The cookie lasts 90 days. It is set by Clean Fanatics only, it does not follow you to other websites, and what it records is not used for advertising by other companies.

We use reasonable security measures to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no Internet transmission or electronic storage method is 100% secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services not controlled by Clean Fanatics. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those websites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices or content.

The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we collected such information without parental consent, we will take steps to delete it.

Clean Fanatics may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be posted on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated policy.
