Cancellation Policy

• The standard free-cancellation window ends 4 hours before each visit's scheduled start. With less notice, the standard late cancellation fee is 10% of the cancelled visit total.
• Some services have a different late cancellation percentage. Your booking notice and cancellation preview show the applicable fee.
• The late cancellation fee applies to service visits only. Inspection visits are free to cancel at any time before the visit starts.
• You can cancel before work actually starts, even after the free-cancellation window closes. Once work has started, contact Clean Fanatics for assistance.
• The fee is deducted from the amount available to refund, up to that paid amount. Each visit is assessed separately for a booking with multiple visits. Amounts already refunded or being refunded are not refunded again.

You may request a reschedule from My Bookings by choosing an available slot. Rescheduling is subject to slot availability and operational feasibility.

If a job must extend to a second day, a minimum continuation charge of ₹4,000 applies. Additional charges may depend on job scope, team availability, and service requirements.

If you are not satisfied with the completed job, inform us within 48 hours of job completion to request free correction or rework. Requests raised after this window may be reviewed case-by-case.

Any damage to household items or furniture must be reported within 24 hours of job completion. Where Clean Fanatics is liable, liability is limited to 20% of the order or job value.

Refund eligibility depends on the payment status, cancellation timing, service progress, and any applicable deductions such as cancellation or continuation charges. Approved refunds are processed through the original or available payment channel according to payment provider timelines.
