Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your Clean Fanatics account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This covers the Clean Fanatics Operations app, used by our service partners and inspection agents, and Clean Fanatics customer accounts. Clean Fanatics is a subsidiary of Handyman Marketplace Private Limited.
How to ask for deletion
There is no need to write a letter or fill a form. Contact us in any of these ways and we will take care of it.
- Email hello@cleanfanatics.com with the subject "Delete my account", or call +91 87222 72777.
- Tell us the mobile number you sign in with, and whether the account is a partner, inspection agent or customer account.
- We confirm the request with you on that number before we delete anything.
- We delete the account within 30 days and tell you when it is done.
What we delete
- Your name, mobile number and email address.
- Your profile, photo and the identity or onboarding documents you uploaded.
- Your bank details for payouts.
- Your saved addresses.
- Location history recorded by the Clean Fanatics Operations app.
- Your sign-in, so the account can no longer be used.
What we keep, and why
The law requires us to keep some records even after an account is deleted: invoices, payments, refunds and partner payouts, including tax records. We keep these only for as long as the law requires, and use them only for accounting, tax and resolving disputes. Nothing we keep is used for marketing.
Before we delete
If you have a job in progress, an open booking or a payout still due, we finish or settle it first. We will tell you if anything needs to be settled.
